Please complete the event request form below. A notification will be sent within two weeks if the event has been approved or denied. If approved, the Event Manager will send a confirmation email detailing the approved event space and the event organizer’s responsibilities.
It is important to submit complete & accurate information.
Do not assume that submission of the request guarantees reservations. Please do not advertise any event prior to approval.
A copy of our Facility Usage Expectations will be emailed to the contact below upon approval.
