AWANA 2022-2023 CHILD REGISTRATION - FIRST FREE CHURCH

DEADLINE TO REGISTER (to receive materials on time!): WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 24!

Please complete one registration form per family and information for each child attending. (Up to 5 related children may be added to this one form.)

Please fill out a separate registration for additional, related children if more than 5, for unrelated children, and/or if you are filling out the form for someone else.

AWANA Cost:
Puggles (birth - 2 yrs): No Charge
Cubbies, Sparks, and T&T: $45 each (includes all supplies for each level)

AWANA WILL NOT MEET:
2022: November 23, December 21 & 28
2023: January 4, March 15

PLEASE NOTE: TO REGISTER A CHILD IN PUGGLES (AGE BIRTH - 2YRS OLD) THROUGH CUBBIES (AGE 3 - PreK), A PARENT/GUARDIAN MUST VOLUNTEER IN THE AWANA PROGRAM.

For Cubbies and Sparks - a vest does not need to be ordered if the child has one.

For T&T - please order a new shirt as the colors change from year to year.
